Good morning, sweet fruits! The sun is shining, the birds are singing... it's a wonderful day to get up and start the season properly. When you wake up, you're very quickly herded off the boat by a string of harried bunnies who are shouting about schedules and timing. You'll find the Fruit Hosts (Lemon, Lime, and L'orange) have come down to the beach to greet you, and lead you to your brand new home! Why don't you check it out? While you know that there's a lot in store this week (such as an event on Wednesday and a mysterious all-day broadcasting scheduled for Saturday), until then? You're free to live your life. Explore your new locations, get to know your team (including your team leaders!) and get used to the feeling of being watched at all times. The only place you're safe from cameras are in your team bedrooms and in the bathrooms. Remember that. Or perhaps you do want to be in front of the cameras? Well, have no fear. The Confessional has arrived. Located in the mansion, this little slice of reality tv is there for all contestants to really get juicy. Check out the page for how it all works. Hmm... but after the initial excitement of moving into your lounge and new home fades, you'll find that you feel sort of itchy and scratchy. There's someone on your mind, right? Someone special. And it's not necessarily romantic (though it could be if you're brave enough), but you are drawn to this person intrinsically - you want to hang out with them basically forever. Almost as if a red string connects your fates.

A NEW CHALLENGE APPROACHES

Whoa, remember that thing we said about twists? Well, here's one for you. It's red string week! This effect means that your character and another are intrinsically linked. You want to be next to them at all times. You want to talk to them. Hold their hand. Cuddle and hug and spend soooo much time with them. Well, in a purely platonic way of course. This doesn't mean that you have to be around each other 24/7, but the more time you spend away from each other — the stronger urge to see them again. How sweet? And how very awkward if you happen to be matched up to someone who's not on your team. Whoopsies.

[ welcome, one and all, to the lemon lounge! a member of the team will be on rotation to let visitors in as guests, so don't worry about being left out of the festivities. upon entry, the three foot tall mascots can sometimes be seen coming and going, speaking jibberish in greeting, every now and then getting playfully rowdy but sometimes offering you a tray that is... empty. they're trying to fulfill their instructions, but they're just little guys. maybe you have a coat you can give them?

upon entering the lemon lounge, you see...

The Lemon Lounge is a pretty cozy space. The hardwood floors are a warm, rustic pinewood, covered in places with an abundance of plush, soft rugs. Bookcases line the walls, covering up the beautiful beadboard wood paneling, which seems to be perhaps by design. It's well lit in here, with string lights threaded across the ceiling and lamps designed to look like lanterns placed strategically across the floor. While the place is unfortunately yellow all over, it looks like whoever put this place together was doing their best to not play into that theme, making as much of the furniture neutral wood colors instead of tacky plastic playground material. Porthole type windows litter the walls, and while most of them are too high up to see out of, they provide a lot of warm sunshine during the day. With the ones you can actually see out of, the landscape looks to be rolling green hills and a sunny day. Occasionally, it's a rainy day, leading out to a muddy cobblestone road with a crooked wooden sign pointing to a small, simple town, thunder echoing gently in the distance.

LANDING AREA (STAIRS/LIFT):
Nothing special about this, so much - your typical set of stairs/elevator/entry area. The walls here are a soft yellow, and the floor matches the interior of Lemon Lounge, a rustic pinewood. There's a welcome mat on the floor outside the door that leads into the foyer.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Your typical kitchen area! The pinewood floors around the rest of the lounge continue into both in the kitchen and dining. The first thing one might notice when walking is that there's the smell of fresh bread out of the oven lingering in both sections, and it never really goes away, comforting and warm. Otherwise, the general feel of this place is almost industrial: brown cabinets with gold knobs, with the countertops being tile, a brick backdrop, lighting in the form of lanterns hung from the wall, and a brassy metal sink. Above that sink is a window that looks out over the grassy hills, framed by yellow curtains. There's not much in the way of other decoration on the walls, save for the poster of a lemon in sexy lingerie haphazardly slapped on the wall.

The kitchen itself is equipped with all the kitchen usuals: a stove, a fridge, a microwave, and an oven, though there's also a rice cooker, toaster oven, and an air fryer (let a Lemon know if you use that last one). A note on the cabinet that houses those extra appliances reads: THESE DO NOT LEAVE LEMON LOUNGE OR ELSE. There's also a fair amount of food that changes every time you open the fridge, though it's never a prepared meal, just ingredients. A cabinet next to the fridge contains all sorts of spices on the top half. The lower half seems to be a winerack. It's completely stocked at all times, but the labels are always scribbled on with what looks to be Sharpie, making it impossible to tell what kind of wine it is. Wine roulette!

The table in the dining area has enough seats for the entire team, and in the middle of it, there's a fruit bowl with lemons in it. If you'd like to take a bite out of one, they don't taste like lemons, but instead lemonade.

LIVING ROOM:
Following the general trend of the rest of the Lemon Lounge, the living room is cozy and warm. It's more like a common room, considering that it's directly in the center of all of the bedrooms for the team. The plush rug in the center of the room covers most of the wood floor, and is wonderful to take naps on, which is great because it seems to be where the Gestrals like to sleep. String lights that are designed to resemble lemons hang across the ceiling, and provide most of the lighting here during the night. Strewn across the living room are comfy yellow couches with soft pillows and warm blankets, as well as tables and bookshelves filled with plants. If you pick any of the books up on these bookshelves, they seem to be mostly blank journals, though occasionally you'll find flowers pressed and dried between the pages.

On one of the walls is a big corkboard with papers and pens on a table next to it. It's empty, but it's almost begging for you to write something and pin it to the board... might be fun to write notes to your team.

the special doors exclusive to the lemons have been shut for the party. you can open them, we guess, but you can't go in.

this cozy, welcoming, warm space has been decorated in a rather all-inclusive way, actually, though it's all very, very clearly handmade by people who made it in one day and some change. but the heart is there, and there's some artistic folks committing to the bit! the decorations reach even the tippy top of the walls, close to the ceiling, to make sure it's all nice and vibrant and welcoming for the pardi. the furniture has been moved to accommodate having the volume of people that will be present, without obstructing pathways or removing the seating entirely.

tables have been set up for the refreshments in the kitchen and dining room area, and boy did the lemons turn down for what. the top shelf from the titty typhoon has been raided and then some, with various kinds of hard liquor, beer, cider, mixers - you name it, they've got it. there are, also, non-alcoholic options, for those that would like a break, are underage, or just aren't drinkers in that regard. the fruit-shaped glasses have also come to the lounge to fit the theme of the party.

another table has been decked out with the refreshments proper. someone has gone on-theme and made sure that there's lemon squares, lemon tarts, lemon scones... other flavors are available, of course, and there's a myriad of other snack foods - but no cookies! think the usual fare for party snacks. this table is arranged very nicely, akin to a tea party, and even has earl grey tea set out as something refreshing to balance out the... everything else.

return to the living room, and you'll find that some handwritten placards have been left with instructions on how to play various card and party games. playing cards have also been acquired for the festivities, regardless of what games that you might find yourselves wanting to play (or not wanting to play, but being roped into). the night is yours - get fruity!

[ as a host, rawiyah can be seen at any point and any place of the lemon lounge, ushering people in as guests or mingling around the party itself. she will, without fail, always have some sort of alcoholic beverage in her hand. she's dressed in her usual canon fit as she has been so far, though she's tied a lemon party decoration around her ponytail just for fun instead of leaving it hanging up with all the other decorations.

Your goal is to identify the lie - and to identify the fruit, based solely on their words! The team who scores the most correct answers will win a prize.

You've been shadowbanned and you must scream... So cruel... This is what your 11:00PM looks like, anyway. Then something else not that chill happens! Again! At 11:59PM, another notification pops up, this one a message that has been posted in the Season 69 public feed — for all of your beloved fans across the multiverse to see.

When you wake up this morning, it's to a notification that reads: SUDDEN ELIMINATION ROUND IN PROGRESS that's scrolling across your phone screens. You cannot access anything on your phone for the moment, just this screen. The world around you feels fuzzy and out of focus, and occasionally, there's the click-snap-whirr of what those savvy to it might recognize as a VHS tape being inserted into an old machine. The bzzz-clunk-crackle vibration of a CRT turning on.

And for two people, there's a line with an arrow on the ground, seeming to point you in a particular direction. Perhaps they should follow it.
